We are so excited to share that we have six single rooms and one bed in a triple left after our alumnae registered. For us it speaks volume that so many of the women who joined us for 2026 are a YES for EMERGE 2027. Maybe you’re someone who’s tracking. Maybe you’re someone who’s curious. "I do not know what made me say Yes to Emerge. I knew a bit about one of the facilitators, and nothing about the other two. Despite reading the info page dozens of times, I could not figure out exactly what it would entail.
I have been doing the work (but not in groups) for years, trying to rediscover my gut's voice, so I said yes. It took a leap of faith that frankly, I did not think I had.
This experience has been a transformative moment on my timeline. From now on, there will always life before Emerge... and life after.
While I am sure that it is true that the product of the experience is a result of what I put into it, the environment was so intentionally crafted that even I (with serious emotional armor) was able to ease into a space of introspection & growth.
The physical space was ideal- natural, quiet, safe. The activities were clearly guided by years of experience and cultivated knowledge. There were "rules" that allowed everyone to maintain their autonomy while committing to group boundaries that held real emotional safety.
The three facilitators led as a powerful feminine unit, each shining their own unique lights... while complementing the energy of one another. There was space for everyone's needs and energies. There were accommodations for physical limitations as well as for emotional limits and personal boundaries.
I hope to go back. I also know that even if I cannot, I will carry this experience with me.

✨BIRTHDAY GIVE-AWAY!! ✨
My birthday is just around the corner. Nine years ago I did a birthday give away at Abundant Health & Healing that brought much JOY and INSPIRATION!

I live an incredible and full life that is blessed with all I need and more. I have been gifted with many opportunities along this path and have benefited greatly from the generosity of others. I am oh.so.grateful. There are folks for whom energy work/reflexology and self-care feels out of reach or not a priority. I believing in paying it forward, gifting out, and watching the ripples of light and love flow forth!

Have you ever heard the story, "Uncle Ry and the Moon" from "Zen Shorts” by Jon J. Muth? If not, it is a great and inspiring read filled with life lessons. That story fuels this give away.

For my birthday, I would be honored to gift a one-hour sessions for reflexology/energy work to THREE people open to receiving (a $100 value)! Please "nominate" friends, lovers, family members, associates that you believe would enjoy and benefit from a session. You can do this by tagging them OR dm-ing me and using a few words to describe them, what they mean to you, or what they have brought to your life.

Maybe you know of my work and are super interested, but have not actually scheduled an appointment. You are WELCOME to nominate YOURSELF!! I will collect all the names through Sunday, June 21st at 8pm, and randomly select three folks for a FREE session!

I love physically writing each name and offering a blessing, so I will actually write all the names out, and invite my kids to select a name from a hat! Funny, yet true. You are invited to pay attention to how and where others draw you into their drama. Many times, people are simply needing to be seen, and seeing them does NOT mean taking on their stuff. Hold space, and then let it go!!

As an Emotional Baggage Handler, some of the biggest medicine on the journey is meeting people right where they are and trusting that with guidance and holding, their psyche knows just how far to go and when to pause. May you be held gently and with grace.
