We’re excited to announce that Madison Delk, PA, formerly with Millennial Medical Clinic, will begin seeing patients at Covenant Primary Care starting Friday, May 1st!

Madison will continue to provide the same holistic, patient-centered primary care for individuals and families of all ages. There will be no vaccination requirements for her patients, and you can expect the same excellent, compassionate care you’ve come to know and trust.
