✨ More Convenient Care Is Here at Coastal HRT

Feeling under the weather, need a medication follow-up, or want help with a common health concern without spending hours in a waiting room?

Coastal HRT is now accepting a limited number of new primary care and urgent care patients age 13 and older throughout the Grand Strand.

We offer both telehealth/video visits and in-office appointments for concerns such as:

Sinus and respiratory symptoms • Sore throat • Cold and flu symptoms • UTI or yeast infection symptoms • Pink eye • Rashes • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea • Allergies • Headaches • Medication refills • Lab reviews • Chronic-condition follow-ups • Work and school notes

New patient visit: $125
Follow-up visit: $85

We are currently self-pay and do not accept insurance for office visits. A superbill may be provided for possible reimbursement, and insurance may still be used for outside services such as labs, imaging and prescriptions.

📣 Great News for Medicare Patients!

Starting July 1, 2026, many Medicare Part D beneficiaries may now qualify to receive Zepbound® for as little as $50 per month through the new Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program, if they meet eligibility requirements. Documentation through the Bridge Program is required, and not everyone will qualify.

If you’ve been putting off treatment because of cost, this could be a game changer.

We’re also welcoming new patients who may be having difficulty obtaining their medication because of the additional Bridge Authorization Form required with the initial prescription. If you’re feeling stuck in the process, we’re happy to help navigate the paperwork and determine if you qualify.
