Leadership is a skill. It’s something you must practice.

I spent the last three days at Jocko Muster because I believe the people who depend on me deserve a leader who’s committed to getting better.

The biggest lesson I brought home wasn’t a quote. It was a question:

“Where are you winning tactically, but losing strategically?”

That one is going to stick with me for a while.

Grateful for Echelon Front team who invested in us throughout the week, and especially to Jeff for the invitation and for investing in my growth.

Now it’s time to put the lessons into practice.
