Good Day Family,
I want to say Hiiii 👋and invite you to RSVP for tomorrows all day 🪆Virtual Yoga Retreat.
My first👆 personal wellness retreat was a 3 day weekend in MA⛰⛩🌄⏳, and well, the space and permission I gave myself, to rest,😮💨 study, and be quiet, changed my life forever. I pinched and saved💲 every year so that I could go back to that special place, take in nature, listen and learn about myself and the world as it played through my mind.
After a few years of these personal retreats, I needed to bring wellness retreats into my community. I had an old timeshare in the Poconos, so I (tried) to recreate my experience in MA, for a group of professional women who were on a wellness journey. That went so amazingly well, that I did it again, this time on an island in the Caribbean, then another, in a beautiful private mansion in Ct. and another on another island and now for the first time I am offering a virtual one day wellness retreat, where you can spend the whole day or parts of the day, meditating, breathing, journaling, moving, chatting, resting and just being.
Deepen your practice, learn something new about yourself. So here's the deets:
