Who's behind this incredible smile?? (drumroll, please.....) Meet Stefani Kavner, our latest team member starting May 1st!

Stefani is a Transformation & Health Coach with a truly holistic and personalized approach to wellness. Her journey began in social work, where she supported families navigating trauma and abuse. This foundation shaped her deep understanding of the emotional and mental layers of healing. She later became a certified personal trainer, expanding her focus to physical health and bringing a whole-body perspective to her clients.

Knowing that lasting change starts from within, Stefani continued her education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Today, she combines her expertise in mindset, movement, and nutrition to help clients create meaningful, sustainable transformation. Her bio-individual approach means there’s no one-size-fits-all plan—she works closely with each client to discover what their body truly needs.

Stefani believes many common struggles—like autoimmune issues, joint pain, brain fog, and emotional imbalance—are rooted in inflammation. Through personalized nutrition, movement, and mindset work, she helps clients reduce inflammation and feel their best from the inside out.

Her mission is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in becoming your healthiest, strongest self—using realistic, sustainable strategies that last.
