We have been deeply encouraged—and honestly, a little overwhelmed—by the response to our search for a Director of Operations & Community Partnerships.
Over the past several days, we’ve had the privilege of meeting and speaking with so many remarkable women who are leading, serving, creating, and caring for their communities in meaningful ways. Your stories, your experience, and your passion for this work have been inspiring.

We’re looking for a Licensed Acupuncturist to join our collaborative team and help steward our Ecosystem of Care.

For the past fifteen years, Ha.Lé Integrative Health has been cultivating a different way of thinking about healing—one rooted in relationship, collaboration, and the belief that the body is a living ecosystem.
This is more than an opportunity to build a practice.

It’s an opportunity to join an interdisciplinary team where practitioners learn from one another, collaborate around each client’s unique needs, and believe that healing happens through relationship rather than isolated treatment.

The Opportunity

• Licensed Acupuncturist (Independent Contractor)

• 3–4 full days per week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

• Beautiful, established integrative practice in Nashville, Tennessee
• Collaborative referrals from an interdisciplinary team
• Opportunities to participate in workshops, retreats, educational programs, and coordinated care

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who feels called to help steward this next chapter.

This is more than an operations role.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building healthy organizations from the inside out—someone who finds meaning in creating systems that support people, strengthening teams, cultivating community partnerships, and expanding access to integrative, trauma-informed care.
This leadership role will include:
• Operational leadership and organizational development
• Human resources, onboarding, and team support
• Payroll coordination and administrative oversight
• Stewardship of clinical standards and the client experience
• Community partnerships and healthcare outreach
• Grant research, funding opportunities, and mission-aligned program development
• Strategic planning alongside the Founder and leadership team
We’re especially interested in someone who believes that excellent healthcare is built not only through skilled practitioners, but through thoughtful leadership, meaningful collaboration, and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve.
This position will begin part-time (approximately 20–24 hours per week) with opportunities to grow alongside the organization.
