To celebrate, we are launching an exclusive mid-week rate in the Salt Cave during this summer. Every Wednesday, you can now experience the deep relaxation and immunity boost of a full Salt Therapy session for just $45 (normally $59).

Breathe in the mineral-rich air, regulate your nervous system, and step into an oasis of calm right in the heart of Nashville, near 12 South.

Note: Our new Wednesday hours are also open for our signature ‘reflexology in the salt cave’ and brand-new massage services—making it the perfect day to fully customize your wellness routine!
