🌿 WHY DO YOU FEEL TIRED ALL THE TIME?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, low energy isn’t always viewed the same way.

Your body may be telling you that it needs more rest, nourishment, or balance.

✨ According to TCM, fatigue may be associated with:

🌱 Qi Deficiency — feeling physically drained or lacking stamina.

🍚 Spleen Qi Deficiency — low energy accompanied by digestive discomfort or fatigue after meals.

💚 Liver Qi Stagnation — stress and emotional tension that may affect how you feel day to day.

🌙 Insufficient rest and recovery — when your body needs time to recharge.

How can you support your energy at home?

✔️ Eat regular, nourishing meals.
✔️ Maintain a consistent sleep routine.
✔️ Try gentle movement, stretching, or Qigong.
✔️ Make time to relax and manage daily stress.

🌿 How can acupuncture complement your routine?

At CBS Acupuncture, treatments are tailored to your individual needs and TCM assessment, with the goal of supporting relaxation and overall well-being.

You don’t have to ignore how you feel. Start by listening to your body. ❤️

🩸 Blood sugar is influenced by much more than what we eat.

Stress, sleep, movement, hormones, insulin sensitivity, and the way our nervous system responds can all play a role in glucose regulation.

This is one reason we find the connection between metabolic health and Chinese Medicine so interesting. Acupuncture and individualized herbal medicine are being studied for their potential effects on stress regulation, insulin sensitivity, and glucose metabolism.

The research is still developing, but it offers an interesting perspective: sometimes supporting the body’s underlying systems may be just as important as focusing on a single number.

🍂 This is how we can stay warm, grounded, and nourished as the seasons change.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, fall is a time to slow down and choose more warming, nourishing foods and drinks.

Acupuncture is more than just needles. 🪡✨

Here are 5 things you may not know:

1️⃣ Needles aren’t always placed where you feel pain.
2️⃣ Acupuncture needles are incredibly thin.
3️⃣ People use acupuncture for more than pain management.
4️⃣ Treatments can be highly individualized.
5️⃣ Acupuncture comes from a long tradition of East Asian medicine.

How many of these did you already know? 👇

Your back wasn’t designed to sit all day. 👀

Between working at a desk, driving, scrolling on our phones, and spending hours in the same position, our modern lifestyle can put a lot of stress on our back and neck.

That’s one reason back pain has become so common.

But did you know acupuncture may help relieve back pain and support your body’s natural recovery? 🌿

Small changes in your daily routine + the right treatment can make a big difference.

📍Your back deserves more than just another painkiller.

How do you use acupuncture?

☀️ Hot days. Long weekends. Living your best summer.

Enjoy every minute—but don’t forget to take care of your body along the way.

In TCM, prolonged heat can deplete Qi and body fluids. When you’ve had a full day in the sun, slow down, hydrate gently, and try LI 11 — Qū Chí to help clear Heat.

🌿 Enjoy the summer. Just remember to reset.

👱‍♀️Your skin has an incredible ability to repair and renew itself. Facial acupuncture works by creating tiny, controlled stimulation in the skin, encouraging your body’s natural healing response and supporting collagen and elastin production.💁🏻‍♀️

But we don’t focus only on the surface. By combining facial and body acupuncture, we help promote balance, circulation, and overall wellness—because healthy, radiant skin starts from within. 🌿
