I’ve been listening to Yung Pueblo’s audiobook “How to Love Better,” and it feels like a conversation with a friend.

This line stopped me:

“You will also know a technique or therapy is right for you if your intuition is clearly agreeing that this is worth your time. Your intuition is exceedingly valuable in finding the tool that is right for you… people have different ways of activating their self love and self care.”

What I love is how familiar this feels. I know this truth.

There isn’t one right path, one right modality, one right pace. Different nervous systems open in different ways. Different people find safety, clarity, and healing through different doorways.

Listening for what quietly feels like a yes has always mattered to me- in my own life and in the way I companion others.

Sometimes intuition really is the most intelligent guide we have.
