Gentle yoga for every body!
Mondays (8-week series starts July 6, no class 7/20)

This series offers a gentle, slow paced, accessible practice for everyone. It allows you time to be present and attentive, to work with , , focus, balance and calming. Each session will include not just physical movement, but also breath work, relaxation, meditation, mudras, sometimes laughter :), and a brief glimpse into yoga philosophy.
Modifications and options will always be offered. You will also have opportunities to deepen your practice and challenge yourself, if you so desire.
Explore how yoga can restore a sense of balance, and leave you feeling nourished and well. Come invest in your physical, mental and spiritual health!
Open to everyone, no yoga experience necessary.
