I finally have a little time to take it all in. What an incredible two weeks.

Last week was New York for the Longevity Conference, and this week was Amsterdam for regenerative aesthetics with Merz. So many great conversations with people from all over the world who care deeply about the work they do.

There’s something really beautiful about the idea of looking like ourselves as we get older and feeling comfortable in the skin we’re in.

I’m coming home feeling inspired, grateful, and happy I got to be part of it.

Can’t wait to see you back in New Braunfels 🩵

A little work, a little fun, and a whole lot of NYC! 🗽❤️

Had such an amazing time in New York City for the Health & Longevity event with Merz.

Between learning, catching up with some incredible friends, sharing laughs, and making new memories, this trip was definitely one for the books!

So grateful for the opportunities to do what I love, continue learning, and surround myself with such amazing people.

This weekend was such an incredible experience getting to take the stage at The Gold Standard in Aesthetics Education!🩵

To be surrounded by such an amazing group of doctors, educators, and industry leaders was truly an honor. These are incredibly talented people who are helping to shape the future of aesthetics, and being invited to stand alongside them is something I’m extremely grateful for.

When you ask me about tear trough filler, I’m looking at more than the area under your eyes. I’m looking at the support around them, especially your cheeks.👀💉

Sometimes we start by supporting the cheeks, then reassess whether under eye filler makes sense for you. If it does, I use a tiny amount. Less is more here.

That’s what I’m doing with this patient. She had cheek filler at her last visit, and I’m adding a little more support before deciding whether to treat the tear trough directly.

Another 10K in the books! 🏃‍♀️❤️

The Gruene 10K was hot, humid, sweaty, and exactly the kind of morning that reminds you why having good people around you makes everything better.

I love getting out, staying active, supporting local events and charities, and spending time with some pretty amazing people along the way.

And yes, apparently finishing a 10K also means your friends gets to dump water all over you at the end. 😂
