Today can hold many different emotions. 💐

While Mother’s Day is a celebration for many, we also want to acknowledge the mothers carrying grief, loss, heartbreak, longing, or complicated emotions today.

To the mothers who have lost a child, experienced pregnancy loss, are navigating infertility, are grieving their own mother, are missing estranged relationships, or are carrying silent pain behind the smiles 🤍 we see you too. 🤍

There is no “right” way to feel today. Whatever this day looks like for you, your experience matters and your feelings are valid.

From all of us at The Healing Center, we are holding space for every version of motherhood today. The joyful, the grieving, the hopeful, the exhausted, and everything in between. You are not alone. 💕

Help your child build the skills they need to thrive! 🌟
Our 14-week Executive Functioning Group is designed for kids ages 8–12 who need support with organization, time management, focus, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.
Through hands-on activities, games, and real-life practice, kids will strengthen important skills like planning, task initiation, and self-monitoring—all in a fun, supportive environment. Sessions also include engaging experiences like cooking, teamwork, and time with animals to make learning meaningful and memorable.
Perfect for children who struggle with attention, follow-through, or staying organized—this group helps turn everyday challenges into confidence and success both at school and at home.
