Avocado Egg Toast 🥑🍳🍞

Legit this could be my death row meal

Thick slice of sourdough (got mine from Wayfarer Bakery in La Jolla)
Thin layer of Crazy Mix dip (whipped garlic & herb dip)
Mashed avocado
2 scrambled eggs
Salt and pepper
Microgreens
