An impromptu video via request of my assistant - What does a Restorative Rest Session look like??

Disclaimer: Emerie’s session is a little sillier 😂 than a professional one! I also only work with adults!

But the benefits are the same - deep, personalized, restorative rest cocoon assisting you in restoring your vital energy and emotional balance!

We tried a new pose today in class along with lots of shoulder & hip openers and WOWZA, it was a hit! No one wanted to move 😂 I’m all about lingering in poses so this was fun.

We call this… the “Sleeping Airplane” ✈️ 😴

Also thought this qoute I saw today when well with the themes.

When 2 worlds collide! I got to teach yoga & meditation for co-workers and hospital staff l today at my “side gig” 😉 as an Occupational Therapist!

Teach yoga “at work”?? Yes please 🥳

And blessings to healthcare workers… doing the hard work everyday to care for their communities! ✌🏽 Caregivers need caregivers too 🧘‍♂️

Let’s just say the Root Chakra Sound Bowl was a hit and super effective 😴 I might have zenned people out a wee bit much making it hard to return to work 😬
