In 2022, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder called myositis, which causes inflammation and muscle weakness. It didn’t just attack my muscles—it also affected my organs and made it difficult for me to walk. I was so sick I could barely get out of bed. My husband had to help me with even the simplest daily tasks. I was afraid of what my life would look like living with this condition.
Even after months of taking the medications prescribed by my rheumatologist, I saw no improvement. Desperate for hope, I decided to try a holistic approach. A friend recommended Agape Acupuncture, and I was ready for a miracle.
