This patient’s main concerns were her narrow smile, gummy smile, and alignment. She was treated with Spark clear aligners to broaden her smile, improve alignment, and create a more balanced result.
To accomplish this, we combined:
🔵 Spark clear aligners to align and coordinate the arches
🔵 Arch development and expansion to create a broader, fuller smile and reduce excessive buccal corridors
🔵 Four TADs (temporary anchorage devices) to intrude the upper teeth and reduce excessive gingival display
🔵 Anterior & posterior intrusion mechanics to improve smile balance
🔵 Laser gum contouring to refine gingival aesthetics
🔵 Enamel contouring for the final finishing touches
