Ross, Sydney and Paul shared what the Arc means to them at the Norfolk Area United Way campaign kick off this morning.

Behind every dollar given to the United Way is a story. A life. A family. A person who is seen, supported, included, and reminded that they matter. ❤️

We are incredibly proud to be a partner agency and so deeply grateful for the support we receive through the United Way. But this support is so much more than funding to us.

These are the faces of that support.

These are the individuals whose lives are touched every single day because of the generosity of people in our community. Because someone chose to give. Because someone believed that every person deserves opportunities, connection, adovocacy, a fighter in their corner, inclusion, and a place where they belong.

The smiles you see here are the reason your support matters. The laughter, friendships, experiences, and moments of belonging are made possible because our community comes together to care for one another.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every person who gives, supports, volunteers, and believes in the mission of the United Way.

Your generosity doesn't just make a difference. It changes lives. 98.5 cents of every dollar stays in our community, And these are some of the beautiful faces who remind us why. ❤️
