Last weekend we had the honor of celebrating the 1 year Anniversary of Soul/Sol Sister Sunday!

In honor of this day we decided to open our circle to the masculine energy, and also hold space for men to tend their flame and fill their cup.
We enjoyed a heart warming cacao, stretched our bodies, went inward using ceremonial breath, enjoyed a potluck as we integrated the magic of the day thus far, enjoyed a drum circle and fire ceremony, then ended the day with a sacred foot blessing.❤️🌊👣🌬🪔🥖🎼🌹🪶💃
Let me start by saying my heart is still overflowing from the energy of Sunday, it was truly an honor to weave the magic of all the facilitators together, have the men here to tend the fire, listen to everyone's experiences and create a loving, peaceful and safe space for our guests to heal themselves and feel the love that we All deserve to feel.
Thank you to All the beautiful soul's who have shared their magical light and energy with us over the year and those who sent their love and energy, near or far we see you, we thank you and we love you!
