Let's be honest it's one of those day's that started at 6am, driving to OKC and back by 9am, working in the garden before it got to hot with lot's more on the to-do list and flowing into a busy weekend of fun as well..... but the calling to slow down, breathe and play the singing bowls kept popping into my head and instead of pushing through I decided to Surrender and enjoy the time that I know I needed.
Just maybe you could use it as well, enjoy or not the choice is yours.

Soul/Sol Sister Sunday has become the most magical day of the month for us to slow down, gather with our siStar tribe and create a space for us all to lay down our masks, be seen, be heard,
be loved, be our own medicine, and nurture our bodies ToGetHer.💗
This month kicking of our 2nd year of gathering we switched thing's up by offering a blessing to our crowns, anointing our heads and nourishing our roots with a magical hair tea created with
~Lilac, Yarrow and Rosemary~ & Healing Waters~

Thank you to the ladies who joined us in person and those who sent their L♾️ve from afar.

Do you need a moment to Breathe, groud yourself, stretch your body and enjoy a wee Sound bath and time with Mother Nature??
