Happy birthday to our Michael! Yes, you may hear us call him Steve when he walks in the door, but his name is really Micheal. 😂

Michael has been with our pharmacy since its birth!!! He helped get the pharmacy started back in 2020. He originally was our runner to the hospital for our Med to Bed program, AND ALL THE NURSES LOVED HIM.

He is now our delivery driver for home deliveries. Plus, he helps us out at the store. He even runs to the hospital for us, and once again, the nurses love him!!

Heck, EVERYONE LOVES MICHAEL! He is one of the sweetest, kindest hearted people you’ll ever meet. He will do anything for anyone BECAUSE HE GENUINELY WANTS TO.

Michael loves music, the great outdoors, is quite the handyman, and loves cats!

Micheal is a gem! We are so blessed to have him as part of our team. We love our guy!

So, if you see him today, wish “Steve” a happy birthday. He’ll answer to it! 😂

MEET THE BAKER!

This week, we’d love to introduce you to the talented baker behind the delicious treats you’ll find here at Medicine Man Pharmacy Springhill!

Meet Amilia, the owner of Bayou Baking. She officially launched her business in January 2026, turning a lifelong passion for baking into a growing local business.

Originally from South Louisiana, Amilia loves making trips back home whenever she can. Her love for baking began at a young age, and her dream is to one day bake full-time.

Many of our customers may already know Amilia, her mother and her sister both work here. Amilia works at Cornerstone Pharmacy Rose City. She started there at the age of 14. Rebecca, our pharmacist, remembers the day she started at Rose City and says it has been a joy watching her grow into an entrepreneur! We are so proud to support her journey here at Medicine Man.

This week, you can stop by and enjoy some of her homemade favorites:
