Skin Cancer Awareness Month 🧡
In honor of skin cancer awareness month, we’d like to remind you of the importance of using not only sunscreen daily but using a medical grade vitamin C to support your sunscreen.
The difference between an over-the-counter or department store vitamin C versus medical grade C’s are the use of small molecule forms of the acid that are able to absorb into the dermis, which helps filter out UVA rays. Sunscreens are not capable of filtering out all UVA and UVB exposure. UVA rays are responsible for melanoma and breaking down collagen, which accelerates the aging process.
You still need your SPF to protect you against burns/UVB and support UVA on the surface of your skin. Give your skin the best protection by adding one of our vitamin C’s to your morning routine. Recommended by all dermatologists!
Did you know your skin needs vitamin C to make collagen? Adding a vitamin C will increase your collagen production and produce a natural healthy glow after just 1 week of use.
