From challenging vinyasa flow, to beginner classes, yin and restorative yoga, we have a full schedule of classes with something for everyone. Teacher Spotlight: Holly Bray✨

Holly has been teaching at This Land since 2018, and over the years she has become such an important part of the heart of this community. She is also a writer, a lifelong student, and someone who brings tremendous depth and care to everything she shares.

Her work reflects a deep wisdom of the body, layered with an understanding of the fascial system, postural patterns, chronic tension, somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and the breath, which she has studied extensively through years of dedicated practice and education.

In addition to teaching weekly classes, Holly is also part of our teacher training team, helping guide both our 200-hour and 300-hour programs. We’re truly beyond lucky to have her here.

You don’t have to be navigating pain or injury to benefit from Holly’s classes, but if you are, she’s absolutely someone you’ll want to practice with. Her classes are beautifully woven from start to finish, integrating somatic movement, breath, and fascial awareness into thoughtful flows that leave students feeling deeply nourished, supported, and more connected to themselves.

We’re happy to share that beginning in June, Holly will be taking over Melt on Fridays at 9:00 am. You can also practice with her Tuesdays at 1:15 pm for Release + Restore and Thursdays at 10:00 am for Embodied Flow.

Paseo Arts Festival weekend is just around the corner 🎨✨

We’ll have a modified schedule Saturday + Sunday to help navigate festival traffic. Memorial Day we’re offering two classes to move, breathe, and gather together.

Parking may be a little trickier than usual, so if you’re joining us, plan to arrive early and allow extra time to settle in.

Guess what?! Brad is bringing Presence, Stillness, & Sound back next Friday, May 22 at 6:00 PM. ✨

A sensory experience unlike anything in our lineup, this class is a unique blend of live guitar, ambient sound, gentle movement, and meditation designed to help you soften, settle, and reconnect.

Brad has been a musician his whole life, and weaving his love of music into yoga and meditation has become a deeply personal offering. If you’ve joined him before, you know how special this is, and if you haven’t, this is your invitation!

Saturday’s Exploring Movement class with Tina was exceptional. With no mats or props, we were invited into movement through curiosity, sensation, creativity, and play. It was freeing, grounding, and deeply human all at once.

When we sit to meditate we make space for whatever it is that we’re experiencing. Rather than disregard our feelings or distract ourselves from something uncomfortable, we stay in it.

Meditation is a radical act in a world that constantly asks us to look away from ourselves. And over time, this practice can gently reshape the mind, the nervous system, and the way we move through life.

So keep going, friends. Keep returning and rooting into yourself. You’ve got this!
