In nature you find all the things that require life to flourish; so the air and the wind is my breath, the sun and its warmth as I move my body is my fire, The water that's in my blood is the flow of my energy, and my body is made up of Earth and it will return to the earth after I die. And lastly my soul and the light within it is spirit. So we have in this the pentacle if it's inside of a circle or just a pentagram if it's without a circle.
