✨ Ever come across something that made you think, “What in the world is THAT?” 😂

That’s probably a pretty normal reaction to seeing some of the tools I use at Phoenix Rising Healing!

And I get it. BioGenesis isn’t exactly something you come across every day.

One of the things I enjoy most is introducing people to something they’ve never experienced before.

Some people arrive with lots of questions. Others are simply curious and want to see what it’s all about.

And I love both!

You don’t have to understand BioGenesis, know anything about energy work, or have any particular expectations.

You can just be curious. 💚

Sometimes it’s fun to step outside your usual routine and experience something completely different.

So I’m curious… are you someone who will try just about anything once, or do you need to know ALL the details first? 😂

✨ A little about me and the journey that brought me here…

I’ve spent much of my life in roles centered around helping and supporting others. With a background in social work, making a difference in people’s lives has always been important to me.

But somewhere along the way, I started feeling drawn toward something different.

Not because I stopped wanting to help people, but because I began wondering if there were other ways I could make a meaningful difference.

I’ve always been curious about life, personal growth, spirituality, and the things we don’t necessarily have all the answers to.

That curiosity eventually led me to explore BioGenesis, Reiki, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, and ultimately to opening Phoenix Rising Healing.

And here I am, still learning, still growing, and still figuring out exactly where this journey is taking me. 💚

One thing I do know is that my desire to support people hasn’t changed. The way I’m choosing to do that is simply evolving.

My hope is that Phoenix Rising Healing becomes more than just a place to schedule a session. I want it to be a space where people feel comfortable, welcomed, and free to explore something different.

A place where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, or simply enjoy an experience that’s entirely your own.

I don’t have everything figured out, and maybe that’s part of the beauty of it.

I’m just following something that feels meaningful to me and seeing where it leads. ✨

And if I can make even a small positive difference in someone’s day or life along the way, that means something to me.

We spend so much time planning everything we have to do.

Work. Appointments. Errands. Responsibilities.

But how often do we actually put ourselves on that list?

Maybe this week, instead of adding another obligation, you give yourself something to look forward to.

An hour to slow down.
A quiet space without expectations.
An opportunity to experience something new.

💜 What if transformation begins with simply being open to something different?

✨ Meet the Dark Violet Wheels of Genesis ✨

These beautiful deep-purple wheels are part of my BioGenesis collection at Phoenix Rising Healing.

Within BioGenesis teachings, the Dark Violet Wheels are associated with creativity, inspiration, personal transformation, and growth.

Each of the three wheels has a different purpose:

💜 Progress — Associated with creativity, inspiration, happiness, and moving beyond obstacles.

💜 Transformation — Represents the desire for change, personal growth, and expansion.

💜 Regeneration — Associated with finding peace, gaining a new perspective, and creating greater harmony and balance.

What I find so interesting about BioGenesis is that every tool has its own unique purpose, yet each person’s experience can be completely different.

And sometimes, the most meaningful part of trying something new is simply giving yourself the space to explore.

I realize that some of my BioGenesis tools look a little unusual. 😂

And I absolutely understand why someone might look at them and think, “What in the world is THAT?”

Honestly, I love that question!

Because curiosity is where some of the most interesting conversations begin.

One of my favorite things about offering BioGenesis is introducing people to something they’ve probably never experienced before.

Some people come in knowing a little about it. Others come in knowing absolutely nothing.

And both are perfectly okay. 💚

You don’t have to understand it all. You don’t have to have any particular expectations.

You can simply come with an open mind and see what the experience is like for you.

As women, we spend so much of our lives being something to someone else. A mother, a wife, a daughter, an employee, a caregiver.

Not because it was on your never-ending to-do list.

But simply because you wanted to.

Somewhere between work, family, responsibilities, and everyday life, it's easy to forget that we deserve moments that belong entirely to us.

Maybe it's trying something new. Maybe it's sitting quietly without feeling like you should be doing something productive. Maybe it's giving yourself permission to slow down.

Sometimes a little light finds its way through. ✨

You don’t always have to know exactly what you need.

Sometimes you just know you’ve been carrying a lot. Your mind has been busy, life has been busy, and you’re ready for a little space to simply slow down.

That’s enough.

You don’t have to understand BioGenesis. You don’t have to know anything about energy work. And you don’t have to believe in anything.

You can simply come in, get comfortable, and experience it for yourself.

No two sessions are exactly alike.
