•Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries with kindness and efficiency.
•Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.
•Coordinate communication between leadership team, providers, patients, and administrative staff.
•Ensure patient records remain accurate and HIPAA compliant.
•Maintain an organized and inviting clinic environment.
