🌟 Congratulations to our 2026 Volunteer Champion, Darcy Swope! 🌟
We’re thrilled to honor Darcy at this year’s Night of Champions Gala for her extraordinary leadership and dedication to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
Darcy’s journey began in 2015 when her son, Riley, was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. With support from Jenna Kopp, Case Manager at Midwest GI, Darcy connected with the Foundation and quickly became an inspiring force for hope and advocacy.
From chairing the Take Steps Walk for five years to serving on our Board of Directors, Darcy has championed fundraising, awareness, and community connection; helping ensure that no family faces IBD alone.
Today, Darcy continues to lead with compassion and commitment, alongside her family and colleagues at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, proud supporters of this year’s gala.
