At 42, I’m in better shape than I was at 22.
This didn’t happen from chasing shortcuts. It came from consistency, training, nutrition, recovery, and optimizing my health.

The goal isn’t just looking better, it’s having more energy, better recovery, preserving muscle, and staying healthy for the long haul.
Now it’s time for some carbs and protein to support recovery, replenish glycogen stores, and maximize muscle protein synthesis after training.
