This is not a workshop where you sit and listen for two hours.

You will learn about fascia and how it relates to your body in clear, practical language as you practice gentle, therapeutic self-treatment strategies for the breasts, chest, shoulders, ribs, and upper back. And you will take home the tools you used, along with ideas for building a simple routine for you to do when you need it.

No previous experience with fascia work, exercise, or bodywork is needed.
