✅ Lower your right shoulder and the side of your head toward the floor
✅ Hold for 30–60 seconds
✅ Repeat on the other side

Benefits:

Why Pain Keeps Coming Back

That tight neck, stiff low back, or shoulder tension isn’t just “part of getting older” — it’s often a sign your body is stuck in a compensation pattern.

When tissues don’t fully heal or muscles stay overworked, your body starts adapting in ways that create more stress and less movement.

That’s where advanced therapy can help:

✨ Laser Therapy – helps reduce pain and inflammation while improving circulation and healing response
✨ FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent) – targets inflammation and tissue repair at the cellular level
✨ PEMF Therapy – helps stimulate cellular activity and supports recovery at a deeper level

Together, these therapies work to:
• Calm inflammation
• Improve tissue recovery
• Reduce chronic tension patterns
• Help your body heal more efficiently instead of just masking symptoms

If your pain keeps “coming back,” it’s often because the underlying tissue hasn’t fully reset yet.

Summer travel can be hard on your neck & back 🚗✈️

Long drives, flights, and busy travel days often lead to stiffness, tension, and soreness — especially when your body stays in one position too long.

A few simple posture adjustments and movement breaks can make a huge difference.

THE LESS STRESS SUMMER SERIES — WEEK 1
Travel Tips for Your Neck & Back

Summer travel often means more time sitting—and that can quickly lead to stiffness, tension, and back or neck pain.

Whether you're driving across Nebraska or sitting on a long flight, your body is being held in one position for too long. That creates stress on your spine, muscles, and nervous system.

Here are simple, practical ways to help your body feel better while traveling:

🚗 Road Trips:

Adjust your seat so you’re not slouched or reaching for the wheel
Use a small towel or pillow to support your low back
Stop every 1.5–2 hours to walk and reset your posture

✈️ Flights:

Keep both feet flat when possible
Avoid staying curled forward for long periods
Gently roll shoulders and move your neck every hour

🧳 Luggage Tips:

Use wheels or a backpack instead of one-sided carrying
Switch sides often if you’re carrying a bag

Even small movement breaks can reduce tension buildup and help prevent that “I need to be adjusted immediately” feeling after travel.

If you always feel tight, stiff, or out of alignment after trips, your body may already be under extra stress before you even leave.

Stretch It Out Saturday focuses on improving mobility and reducing everyday tension patterns that can build up throughout the week.

This pectoral foam roller stretch targets the chest muscles, which commonly become tight from prolonged sitting, desk work, driving, and stress-related posture.

Benefits of this stretch may include:
• Improved posture awareness
• Increased shoulder mobility
• Reduced chest and upper back tightness
• Better movement through the upper body

To perform:
✔ Lie face down with the foam roller across the upper chest
✔ Extend arms into a “T” position
✔ Relax body weight into the roller
✔ Hold for 20–30 seconds while breathing slowly

Gentle, consistent stretching often works better than forcing aggressive mobility work.
