🔥🔥 Kettlebell Class #7 was our best one yet! 🔥🔥

Huge thank you to everyone who showed up this morning and brought incredible energy. The progress we're making is exciting to see!

Today we conquered the windmill while continuing to sharpen our swings, cleans, and extended goblet squats. Week after week, our form, confidence, and strength continue to improve.

Most importantly, the community shined bright today. The support, encouragement, and effort from everyone made for an outstanding class.

Thank you to our members and coaches for making this such a great experience. On to Class #8! 💪
