Helping a small company succeed means wearing a lot of hats. Bobbi Kim, who celebrates four years with the company this weekend, puts on more than most.
"What I enjoy most about the work I do is the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the organization and contribute in a meaningful way to our initiatives," she says. "No two days are the same."
Bobbi steps in when called upon, moves projects forward, and handles sensitive work with discretion so other teams can stay focused on their priorities.
One colleague put it simply: "Bobbi brings a collaborative approach that keeps projects moving and goals achieved."
Despite not having a medical background, she's built her expertise bit by bit. "I've gained broad exposure to the business and collaborated closely with teams," always asking questions to ensure her work translates clinical concepts into clear directions for our teams in the field.
"Success means Iโve effectively supported my colleagues, moved key initiatives forward, and helped create solutions that positively impact the organization," she says.
Thanks for bringing that can-do attitude to the table, Bobbi. Congratulations on being named a Surgical Star.
