We Are Five - The Salty Crew🧂
I often get the question, why do you mainly hire college students? 💛🖤...initially that wasn’t my intent, yet I am grateful how it happened organically. They have enriched my life so tremendously over the past five years, that I wouldn’t have it any other way 😍 I consider them the kids I never had. Many also came to us via referral which I feel made for a stronger team.
I met my OG Griffin at a mutual friend’s wedding. Here we are five years later and I’ll be going to his wedding to another one of my crew, Kylie, this coming January 💍They actually started dating in high school the same month I hired him. Full circle.
I have seen what I call multiple generations pass through this door. Most of the team stay with me for more than a year, many 2-3 years, which is not common for Gen Z and for that I am so lucky. Many until graduation from University of Central Florida and I am so grateful to be part of that journey. Some are already pursuing careers in their fields, and we still remain in touch which warms my heart 🫶
