You may know me as your massage therapist, but there’s a whole journey behind these hands. 🤎
For 16 years, I’ve actively worked in a profession that I genuinely love and that doesn’t mean the road has always been easy.
There have been seasons of trying to keep my career alive, reinventing myself, growing, learning, pushing through life and figuring out how to create longevity without losing the passion that brought me here in the first place.
And somehow, after all these years, I still get excited about helping someone feel better.
I love creating sessions around the PERSON in front of me not simply giving everyone the same massage. Your body, lifestyle, goals and needs matter.
I love helping someone finally relax. Helping a stubborn area move differently. Calming an overwhelmed nervous system. Educating clients about what they can do at home. And sometimes simply giving someone an hour where the outside world can wait.
I also value the relationships I've built along the way. The mutual respect, CONSIDERATION, communication, understanding, flexibility and trust between my clients and me is essential for a strong rapport.
Being able to help my clients, friends and family feel better physically and emotionally is one of the most gratifying parts of what I do.
16 years later, I’m still here.
