Anyone dealing with some nagging pain or discomfort that just won’t seem to go away?

Drop it in the comments! 👇 We’re thinking about starting a short video series where our Coastal Physical Therapy Group team shares exercises, tips, and some of the treatment options we may use for common problems people are dealing with.

These videos aren’t meant to be a quick fix or replace an individual evaluation—but they might give you some helpful information and a better understanding of what could help.

So tell us… what’s bothering you?

We only have three more weeks with Allie Bird before she heads back to the University of South Carolina to finish her final semester and graduate this December.

Allie wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone at Coastal Physical Therapy Group and to all of the wonderful patients she’s had the privilege of working with this summer. Your kindness and encouragement have meant so much to her.

Her passion for helping people heal and get back to doing what they love shines through every day, and we’ve loved watching the genuine connections she’s made with our patients.

Join us in wishing Allie the very best as she finishes this exciting chapter. We’ll definitely miss her, and we know she’s going to do great things!

Are your wrists, hands, or even your elbows trying to tell you something? 📱

With so much time spent on our phones—scrolling the news, creating content, texting, and working—it’s no surprise that more people are noticing pain, numbness, or tingling in their hands and wrists.

One common misconception is that every case of elbow pain is carpal tunnel. In reality, carpal tunnel primarily affects the wrist and hand, while other conditions can cause pain around the elbow.

The good news? The right evaluation can help determine what’s contributing to your discomfort and what your next steps should be.

If hand, wrist, or elbow pain is keeping you from doing the things you enjoy, the team at Coastal Physical Therapy Group right here in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, is here to help you get back to you.

📞 Call today to schedule an evaluation and let’s get you moving comfortably again.
