Palmetto Infusion We provide ambulatory and home-based infusion services to acute and chronically ill patients.

Palmetto Infusion was founded in South Carolina in order to provide patients living with chronic diseases like MS, RA, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, Lupus, CDIP, and many others a safe, convenient, and more affordable place to receive treatments that improve the quality of their lives. Palmetto Infusion helps people live more and enjoy more of what life has to offer. Our centers are places where pa

tients receive specialty drugs and personalized care from infusion trained registered nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, physicians, and other nurturing and caring team members. We continuously and relentlessly search and investigate cutting edge treatments for patients with chronic conditions. We also exhaust every effort to make our centers the most efficient and cost-effective site for patients. Drugs are very expensive and we fight for our patients to get the best drug for the cheapest price possible.

In this role, you'll:
✔ Review medication orders and prescriptions
✔ Perform prospective drug use reviews
✔ Provide drug information support to clinical teams
✔ Support our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program
✔ Help identify trends and opportunities to strengthen medication safety

**What you'll need:**
✔ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
✔ Active pharmacist license
✔ Specialty pharmacy, ambulatory infusion, and/or home infusion experience

Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Gastonia community to celebrate the opening of our new clinic!

Located at 2544 Court Drive, Suite F, our Gastonia, NC location officially opened its doors with a ribbon cutting and open house alongside the Gaston Business Association, local providers, and community members.

Guests had the opportunity to tour the space, connect with our team, and learn more about how Palmetto Infusion is expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care across North Carolina.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this exciting milestone—we’re proud to be part of the Gastonia community and look forward to what’s ahead!

We were proud to officially celebrate the ribbon cutting of our Wilmington, NC clinic, located at 2725 Iron Gate Drive, Suite 210!

Palmetto Infusion team members were on-site to welcome the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, local providers, and community members for an afternoon of connection and celebration. From meaningful conversations to guided clinic tours, it was a wonderful opportunity to share who we are, what we do, and how we’re expanding access to high-quality infusion care across North Carolina.
