Come settle into a space where you can just slow down for a bit. This session blends Reiki with sound healing. Crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones, to help you feel more balanced and at ease. We will weave the elements in, earth to help you feel grounded, water to keep things flowing, fire (not live fire) for a little transformation, and air to lift and lighten things up. Nothing complicated, just gentle support for whatever you’re carrying.

After much effort , I realized that yoga classes aren’t the right fit for my space and honestly, it’s totally ok! We’re lucky to have several beautiful yoga studios nearby already doing so well!
