It takes a village 💚

Everyone sees the studio while it's up and running, but they don't see the people behind the scenes helping to make that happen. Thank you to our family, showing up over and over again!

Here are some behind the scenes photos: My Aunt Michele and cousin Zach got down on the floor with us mapping out every mat spot in the new space and then came back for our first class in the newly rebuilt studio. My Uncle Mat got the speakers mounted on the wall. My mother-in-law Karen models literally every single item in our boutique because she's the best hype woman there is and she brings that green Emerald water bottle everywhere to advertise. My cousin Alex flew in from Florida and still made time to bring her friends to a class. My Aunt Jen was brave enough to be a student in the very first teacher training I ever led. My brother-in-law Peter helped build our filing cabinet and hung shelves in our office. My Uncle Steve isn't in these photos but deserves a mention because he came over the day after our wedding, while we were literally on our way to our honeymoon, to patch a hole in the wall. My father-in-law Steve hung nearly everything you see on our walls and allowed us to use his dining room as a storage unit while we renovated 🤣. You can almost always catch at least one of them wearing one of our branded shirts!

None of this happens without them. Thank you for always showing up for us 🙏

Take a deep breath and immerse yourself in our 7-week Restorative Yoga series, designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit during the busiest season of the year.

Each week, we'll explore a different chakra, guiding you through gentle restorative poses, soothing aromatherapy, and calming meditations centered on that energy point. You'll also receive a card for each session featuring affirmations and the unique qualities of that chakra. No previous yoga experience is needed, just bring yourself and a desire to relax and recharge.

This series is perfect for anyone seeking to reset and unwind amid the holiday madness. Each week offers a fresh, enriching experience with its own unique focus. Prioritize your self-care and well-being before the holiday rush begins!

Puzzle Race at Emerald Yoga Studio 🧩

Saturday, September 12th at 2:00pm (the second Saturday of each month)

How fast can your team finish a 500-piece puzzle? Find out at our first ever Puzzle Race! Your team races to finish before everyone else, and the fastest team takes home the title of Puzzle Champion.

Here's the fun part. It's not really about being the best at puzzles. It's about racing the clock with a few people, chatting with new faces, and that one moment near the end when you realize you might actually win.

Sign up on your own or with a group, either way works.

Teams are 2 or more, and if we end up with an odd number, we'll group you into a team of 4 to 6 so nobody's left out.

Best of all, every team keeps the puzzle they worked on, whether you finish first or last.

All skill levels welcome, so don't worry if it's been a while since you've pieced together a puzzle.
