What a fantastic evening we had yesterday talking all things perimenopause and menopause! A huge thank you to all the lovely ladies who came out to learn and discuss, and a big thank you as well to the amazing team at Elevate who invited me to speak.

Welcome to Next Chapter Hormone & Wellness!

We specialize in midlife women's health, primarily perimenopause and menopause care as well as hormone therapy and other related treatment options.

Our services will expand as our practice grows. This may include men's health and hormone therapy, functional and longevity medicine, therapeutic nutrition, weight loss and more.

Visits will be offered in person in Perham, MN inside Elements Wellness and Med Spa. Telehealth visits are available for clients located in MN, ND, and MT.

I am so grateful and humbled for all the interest and support thus far!
