I have a unique approach to healing combining 25 + years in physical therapy, expert level training in John Barnes Myofascial Release, trauma informed training and life experiences. These sessions include assessment, education, hands on treatment and recommendations for self treatment. I love to show people the magical qualities of Myofascial Release

My 4 pack of kiddos has thrown a lot my way that makes me well equipped to help you navigate your motherhood journey.
