This Maternal Health Month, we want to say this clearly:

Depression, anxiety, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, panic, extreme exhaustion, and other mental health challenges can happen during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout motherhood.

And they deserve real care. 💙
