Dear Universe ✨
The gratitude I feel in the afterglow of the Berkshire Yoga Festival is truly unlike anything I’ve ever felt before. It’s truly amazing how the path, my path keeps revealing itself and opening up, gifting me with clarity and reassurance that I’m going the right direction. I’m not sure it’s ever been so clear, and for that I am eternally grateful. Clarity is something I’ve often prayed for, set my intention for at the beginning of practice all these years. Way back in 2010 in my first ever yoga classes, crying in savasana, realizing this is where I was supposed to be. I had a lucid dream hanging upside down during my 200 hr training with in the French Alps back in 2019 about becoming a yoga teacher one day and feeling the best I’ve ever felt, mind body and spirit. I was soaring over the flower fields, my spirit flying.
In April while on my 300 hour training YANDARA YOGA I left a voice note for a friend and announced that I was getting married… to yoga! Because for the first time in my life, I felt a full bodied YES.
This past weekend at the Berkshire Yoga Festival just solidified and validated all those moments leading me to this point. Leading me to this practice and the love I have in sharing it joyfully and with my whole heart and soul. Teaching at my first yoga festival, and of all places to start, of of the most loving, kind, encouraging and uplifting groups of people I have ever encountered (and I’ve been going to yoga festivals all over the world for over 10 years) - this one is REALLy special. Andrew Tanner and Scott also put their whole heart and soul into it, and you can tell. It’s not corporate, it’s from the heart and really well done. And it’s absolutely beautiful in the Berkshire mountains. I am so grateful for this gift in my life, & the clarity I have in knowing it’s for me. The world needs this medicine and this light to shine brightly. There is a reason things have magically aligned along your path, it’s all part of the plan.
I truly believe this is the most important work I could possibly be doing; and I am so grateful that my life has lead me here. Thank you to everyone out there, my happy heart thanks you all, forever.
