Despite the chilly temps🥶 and wind, 350 runners and walkers came out yesterday afternoon to participate in the Surfin' Snowman 5 Miler & Santa's Helper 2 Mile Run/Walk sponsored by Miken Builders. Another great event brought to Bethany Beach by Focus Multisports!! Big Thanks to all the volunteers who came out to make this event possible.

Good morning Yogis❣️
At the beginning of each class, I ask my students what part of the body could use some extra love and opening - unanimously HIPS are always “☝️”.
Supta Gomukhasana is a more doable variation of the pose and the hip/glute stretch is AMAZING 😘. (My recommendations: do the pose towards the end of the practice so you are warm and make sure to put a folded blanket or block under your head for support)
