Our goal is to provide a hub where consumers, procurers, farmers, restauranteurs, and other institutions can learn about and connect with Arizona’s local food providers in order to shorten food supply chains, improve access to local, healthy foods, and strengthen community resilience to create a healthier, sustainable food system in Arizona.

Congratulations to the 2026 honorees of the first inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest 🏜️

While Arizona did not receive any stars this year, a total of 19 restaurants were recognized by the MICHELIN Guide including some that have participated in Devour Culinary Classic, The Seven Chefs Dinner, Devour at Home, Devour the World and Palate to Palette over the past 2 decades.

Every plate scraped into a Phoenix landfill takes its nutrients with it. Permanently.
