Welcome to March β A Season of Renewal
As winter begins to soften and hints of spring appear around Pittsburgh, March becomes a month of transition. Our bodies are adjusting to longer daylight hours, shifting temperatures, and renewed activity levels. Itβs the perfect time to reset, refresh, and gently prepare for a more active season ahead.
At Massage by Regina & Co., March is about restoring balance, improving circulation, and helping you move into spring feeling lighter and energized.
πΏ Seasonal Wellness Focus: Reset & Rebalance
1. Support Circulation as Temperatures Shift
Fluctuating temperatures can cause joint stiffness and muscle tightness. Massage improves blood flow and helps your body adjust more comfortably to seasonal changes.
2. Hydrate More Than You Think
As the air becomes less dry, we sometimes forget to hydrate. Proper hydration supports muscle recovery, energy levels, and detoxification.
3. Spring Clean Your Nervous System
March can feel busy. Before jumping fully into spring schedules, prioritize rest. Massage therapy helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and improve sleep.
4. Ease Back Into Activity
As outdoor projects and workouts increase, remember to warm up, stretch, and gradually build intensity to prevent strain.
πΌ How Massage Supports You This Month
Massage in March helps:
β Improve circulation after winter sluggishness
β Reduce inflammation in joints and soft tissue
β Relieve neck and shoulder tension
