Expressing gratitude once again to the incredible Mana Meals Catering sharing their knowledge and talent with us! Chef Tia’s “Family Meal Under $20” workshop invited guests to learn how easy it is to put together an affordable, phenomenal vegan meal with a little prep and planning. Attendees were treated to a workshop encouraging everyone to think about how reducing food waste and saving money can go hand in hand. Most importantly, everyone got to enjoy their very own Smoky Summer Black Bean & Grilled Corn Toastada!
