Add a pinch of salt and you have your electrolytes and carbs all in one!

(And MUCH more affordable than all those electrolyte packets!)

Your body needs carbs!!!!

Every single day, I have someone coming to me, stating they don't know what's wrong. However, they have decreased or eliminated their carb consumption.

If you are not consistently eating carbs throughout the day, you are hurting yourself!

Carbohydrates are the brain's main fuel source. If you are not consuming them, your body has to make them. This can actually mean breaking down your muscles to get glucose. That's the one thing we do not want to do is break down your muscles for glucose!

The main goal is the plate method: 1/2 plate non-starchy veg, 1/4 carb, 1/4 protein!

We all live busy lives and there's not always time to cook!

We still need nourishment!

One of my favorite go to's is avocado toast, but not in the "original sense"!

This one features whole grain sourdough, guacamole, h**p seeds, and pre-shredded rotisserie chicken!

Done in 5min or less!

Got more time? Can throw some tomatoes on top!

There are some great ways to celebrate Earth Day everyday! 🌏 ⠀

Recycling aluminum, paper/cardboard, glass, and plastic. ⠀

Use reusable water bottles, coffee mugs, and bags. ⠀

Conserve water by turning off the faucet when brushing teeth and washing dishes. ⠀

Utilize rain barrels for watering plants. Pick up trash and don't litter. ⠀

Plant trees and flowers, especially those that are native to the area and help bees. ⠀

Bike or walk to work, store, etc instead of using the car. Or maybe now you won't even have to drive to work!?!?!⠀

Carpool if you have to drive (if it is safe for you at this time).⠀
