We’re so excited for the dance on Thursday, April 30th! Admission is $5 per person.

Feel free to bring snacks to share—fruits, veggies, and water will be provided.

Don’t forget, this is a Black & White Gala! You’re encouraged (but not required) to dress up or wear your best black and white attire.

As a special addition, our friends at Bayada have generously donated a basket that we’ll be raffling off to raise funds for our amazing Team Friends. Raffle tickets will be $1 each. (See the attached photo – it looks like a great prize to win!)

Hi Everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. We are looking forward to a VERY FULL and exciting upcoming week!

We are hosting a free fitness event in Indiana on Tuesday, March 17th at 11am. This is part of our Move Your Way Initiative (get healthy together!) and is an RSVP only event, so let us know if you plan to come.

The HCQU is joining us on Wednesday, March 18th at 10am in Kittanning to talk about Portion Distortion. This is a free event, and we will be serving healthy snacks. Our evening HCQU events have an amazing turn out, but our last day time one did not. If you want to see daytime activities continue, please consider attending. RSVPs are not necessary, but if you know you are planning to attend, feel free to reach out so we can have enough yummy snacks.

We had an amazing time at our own county’s Speed Friending event and now we will be joining Melissa in Butler County for hers on Wednesday, March 18th in the evening! The flyer states that the event will take place at the YMCA, but the correct address is YWCA 120 West Cunningham St., Butler, PA. Please note, registration is closed so if you registered and can no longer attend OR want on a wait list to possibly attend, it is important to reach out to Melissa.

Finally, we will end the week with an amazing one-year celebration for Team Friends Indiana County on Thursday, March 19th. No RSVP needed. We are doing a community give back – rainbow theme! Bring a donation in any color of the rainbow and we will make sure to donate it to the appropriate local organization. Examples:
Red = Can of Tomatoes
Green = Pack of Seeds
Blue = Pair of Socks
We’re excited to see your creativity as we support those around us.
