Work readiness is about more than preparing for the workplace. It’s an opportunity for students to strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and develop the skills they can carry into everyday life and future opportunities.

At nonPareil, students learn practical skills, collaborate with peers, and build the confidence to apply what they learn in real-world settings.
