I'm excited to invite you to a special outdoor sound bath at Meadow Breeze Farm

Join me for an evening of deep relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. We'll gather in the meadow and experience the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Native-style flute, drums, and voice as the day comes to a close. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll move into the historic barn.

Whether you're joining your first sound bath or returning for another experience, all are welcome.

Hi everyone - just a little update. This past year I have been super busy with my farm Meadow Breeze Farm. I am also working on my podcast Hidden History of New England - and am currently working on launching an Incense and Tea Line. I've been busy to say the least.

But I am ready for Winter and 2026 and will be delving back into getting Ajna back out into the world. Keep posted.
