When I sit down and start listening to someone, I can almost finish their sentences with what they're experiencing. Because I hear the same things, from different people, every week. You are not crazy. And your body is not random.

The same patterns keep showing up over and over again like ..fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix ..waking up at 3AM wide awake ..anxiety that feels like it came out of nowhere ..brain fog. ..weight that won’t budge. ..“normal” labs but you still don’t feel like yourself

At some point, you stop seeing isolated symptoms and you start seeing patterns. That’s where things begin to change. Your body is constantly communicating with you. Most people were just never taught how to listen to it. Once you know how to pay attention, it starts to make sense.

Meanwhile, you’re exhausted. Somewhere along the way, we were taught to fight our bodies. To push through the fatigue. Hide the bloating. Silence the anxiety. Ignore the signs.

And we do it because, well, no one has any answers.

But what if your body isn’t the problem? What if it’s been trying to take care of you this whole time, and it just needs support?

At some point, we have to question what “normal” actually means. Because symptoms aren’t random and when they’re ignored they tend get louder.

You’re not broken. You’re being signaled.
Let’s stop silencing symptoms, and start understanding them.

Who benefits when “normal” changes?

Not your body.
Not your biology.
Just… the line.

And when that line moves, millions of people can be reclassified overnight,
new labels, new diagnoses, new treatment pathways.

More patients.
More prescriptions.
More follow-ups.
More billing.

That doesn’t automatically make it wrong.
But it should make you ask questions. Because this system wasn’t built around prevention, it was built to manage disease after it shows up. And those two things don’t lead to the same outcomes.

So the real question is when the definition of “healthy” shifts, who actually benefits?
